Heat the olive oil and saut\u00e9 the onion until it becomes glossy. Then, add the rice to saut\u00e9 and pour the ouzo. Add the tomato, parsley, mint, dill, tomato paste, salt, pepper and 300 g of water. Leave over medium heat until the rice is tender.<\/p>\n<p>Finally, fill the squid with the prepared filling and place them on a baking tray with the potatoes in between.<\/p>\n<p>Bake at <strong>200
