Wash and finely chop the vegetables (carrot, onion, garlic, zucchini) or run them through a blender for convenience. Add them to the basin with the perch.<\/p>\n<p>Wash and chop the celery. \u0391dd it to the basin as well.<\/p>\n<p>Add the salt, pepper, olive oil, oregano, breadcrumbs, mustard, breadcrumbs, and salt and pepper.<\/p>\n<p>Knead all the ingredients together so that they are well combined. Cover the dough and let it sit for about 30 minutes to firm up. Shape the burgers and place them on a lightly greased baking tray and bake at 200 \u00b0C for about 40 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Finally, after your burgers are cooked, remove them from the oven.<\/p>\n<p>Place a lettuce leaf on the one-half bun bread, then a tomato slice, an onion slice and your burger on top.
