After it has absorbed the liquid, add a small glass of ouzo.<\/p>\n<p>Add the tomato sauce, some water and all the spices. Stir for 3-4 minutes to get all the flavors. Then let it simmer over low heat.<\/p>\n<p>In a pot, boil the cut macaroni according to the instructions on the package .When the octopus is ready, add the cut macaroni, stirring very well.
