INGREDIENTS

For the salmon

  • 2 (7 THALASSES) salmon fillets without skin
  • 4-5 sprigs of chives finely chopped or spring onion
  • 1.5 tbsp sesame oil (or olive oil)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 clove of garlic grated or 1 tsp garlic powder
  • spices such as chili powder, sweet or smoked paprika, pepper

For the buns

  • 2 cups of 5% yoghurt
  • 4 cups of self-rising whole meal flour
  • salt

For the filling

  • 2 mozzarella balls (cut into 5 slices each)
  • arugula

METHOD

  1. Put all the ingredients for the buns in a bowl and mix until the mixture is suitable for rolling. You may need more flour or yogurt.
  2. Knead well and let the dough rest for a while (in whatever shape you want).
  3. Meanwhile, marinate the salmon.
  4. Cut the salmon into cubes and place in a bowl with the sesame oil, soy sauce, garlic and spices.
  5. After preheating the oven, place the buns and salmon in the oven to bake at 180 degrees for 12-15 minutes on two separate baking sheets.
  6. Cook until the buns are golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven, roll out the buns and fill each side with a slice of mozzarella cheese, some arugula and the cooked salmon.
