INGREDIENTS

For the fajitas:

  • 200 g (7 THALASSES) shrimps 20/40
  • 200 g colored peppers in strips
  • 150 g onions in strips
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • fresh cilantro and juice of ½ lime

Spice mix:

  • 1/2 tsp. smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp sweet paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried onion
  • salt

METHOD

Add the frozen shrimps to the bowl of an air fryer, add the vegetables, fresh cilantro, sweet and smoked paprika, garlic and onion powder, cumin, salt, lime juice, olive oil and mix. Bake at 200 degrees for 13 minutes and enjoy!!!!
