- 200 g colored peppers in strips
- 150 g onions in strips
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- fresh cilantro and juice of ½ lime
Spice mix:
- 1/2 tsp. smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp sweet paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon dried garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon dried onion
