INGREDIENTS

  • 1 package of 7 THALASSES Vannamei Shrimps 26/30
  • 1 ripe mango
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 dry onion, chopped
  • 1 fresh lime
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • some fresh coriander
  • salt
  • optional spicy sauce of your choice

METHOD

  1. Defrost, peel and salt the shrimps.
  2. In a non-stick pan, sauté the shrimps for one minute on each side.
  3. Peel and dice the cucumber, mango and avocado and add to a bowl. Add the onion, shrimp and cilantro and mix.
  4. Add the juice of 1 lime, add optional spicy sauce of your choice and enjoy.

For the nachos, cut a few tortillas into triangles and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 12 minutes or until nicely browned.
