INGREDIENTS
- 2 (7 THALASSES) salmon fillets
- juice from 1 orange
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger powder
- 1 tsp. pepper

In a bowl, combine the orange juice, honey, soy sauce and ginger.
Marinate the fillets with the mixture and let them aside for 20 minutes.
Cook the fillets in a pan or oven for 10-12 minutes, using all the sauce
Our salmon is great with mashed potatoes!
