INGREDIENTS

  • 1 package of shrimps 60/ 80 (7 THALASSES)
  • 4 zucchinis
  • 80 ml sweet chilli sauce
  • 30 ml soy sauce
  • zest and juice of 1 lime
  • 3 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp olive or sesame oil
  • some dried ginger powder
  • fresh coriander for garnish

METHOD

Defrost the shrimps. Use a vegetable spiral slicer to form zoodles (zucchini noodles) and refrigerate for 15-20 minutes.
In a jar, add the sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, lime zest and juice and shake to mix.
In a bowl, marinate the shrimp with half of the sauce.
In a wok or non-stick pan, cook the shrimp in the olive oil for 2-3 minutes. Add the zoodles with the remaining sauce, ginger and sesame seeds and stir for 2 minutes.
Serve and garnish with fresh chopped cilantro and extra sesame seeds.
