- A little fresh coriander & zest of 1 lime
- For the sweet chili sauce:
- 2 Florina peppers
- 1 garlic clove
- 140 ml water
- 60 g vinegar
- 100 g maple syrup or agave syrup or honey
- A little chili flakes
