METHOD
1. Marinate the shrimps with the thyme, oregano, chili pepper, curry powder, lemon zest and olive oil.
2. Sauté the shrimps and deglaze with the alcohol, after it evaporates add the lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.
3. Mash the avocado with a fork, add salt, pepper, lemon and chopped onion.
4. Spread the avocado mixture on the bread and place the tomato slices, shrimps and rocket on top
