INGREDIENTS

  • 1 package (7 THALASSES) Sole Fillets
  • 2 cups of breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup of flour
  • 2 eggs
  • salt
  • pepper

METHOD

  1. Defrost the shrimps overnight. After removing the liquid from the fillets with paper towels, lay them out on a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. Season the fillets with salt and pepper and coat with flour, egg and finally the breadcrumbs.
  3. Place the breaded sole back on the baking tray.
  4. Βake at 170 degrees Celsius for 25 minutes.
  5. When they are golden brown they are ready.
  6. Serve with plenty of lemon.
