INGREDIENTS

  • 2 (7 THALASSES) headless redfish
  • 3 potatoes cut into slices
  • 1 large onion cut into rings
  • 1 sliced celery
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • chopped parsley
  • 1 tsp tomato paste
  • 100 ml water
  • salt
  • pepper
  • sweet paprika
  • olive oil

ΕΚΤΕΛΕΣΗ

  1. Defrost the redfish overnight and the next day place it in a casserole.
  2. Add the vegetables on top.
  3. Then in a bowl add 1 tsp of tomato paste, salt, pepper, sweet paprika, garlic powder, olive oil and water.
  4. Mix well and pour over the fish and vegetables.
  5. Add extra virgin olive oil and after covering with parchment paper and foil, bake at 190 degrees in the air for 1 hour.
