INGREDIENTS

  • 1 pack of (7 THALASSES) Red Shrimp
  • 350 ml light coconut milk
  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
  • 10 cherry tomatoes
  • 2 limes
  • sweet paprika
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • chopped cilantro & crushed cashews for garnish
  • salt

METHOD

  1. Defrost the (7 THALASSES) Red Shrimps and peel them carefully.
  2. Add them in a bowl and marinate with the juice of 1 lime, 1 clove of garlic, sweet paprika and salt.
  3. In a wok or non-stick pan, sauté the onion, bell pepper and a clove of garlic with 1 tablespoon of olive oil until the vegetables are golden brown.
  4. Add the cherry tomatoes, sweet paprika, the shrimps and sauté for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Add the coconut milk and cook over medium heat for 3-4 minutes.
  6. Serve with basmati rice and optionally garnish with chopped fresh cilantro & crushed cashews.
