INGREDIENTS

  • 1 package of (7 THALASSES) squid rings
  • 1 onion
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 carrot
  • 20 ml olive oil
  • 1 shot of ouzo
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 teaspoon tomato paste
  • 100 ml water
  • 200 ml tomato juice

METHOD

  1. Defrost the squid rings and let it drain off.
  2. Then finely chop the vegetables and start sautéing the onion in some olive oil.
  3. Then, add the squid rings, leave for 3 minutes and add the ouzo.
  4. Continue with the rest of the vegetables.
  5. Add the tomato paste and the juice that we have mixed with the  water.
  6. Add salt and pepper and leave on low heat for at least 45 minutes.

Enjoy with rice!
