METHOD
Cut the octopus into pieces.
In a deep frying pan, sauté the octopus with some olive oil until it releases its liquid and turns golden brown. After it has absorbed the liquid, add a small glass of ouzo.
Add the tomato sauce, some water and all the spices. Stir for 3-4 minutes to get all the flavors. Then let it simmer over low heat.
In a pot, boil the cut macaroni according to the instructions on the package .When the octopus is ready, add the cut macaroni, stirring very well. Add freshly chopped parsley and freshly ground pepper and we are ready to enjoy!
