- 1 package of 7 THALASSES blanched whole vannamei shrimps
- 1/2 ripe avocado
- 1 dried onion, finely chopped
- 1 cucumber, finely chopped
- juice and zest of 1 lime
- zest of 1 lemon
- 1 handful of coriander, finely chopped
- 1/2 red chili pepper cut into thin slices
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- salt & pepper
