INGREDIENTS
For the Marinade:
- 1 pack of 7 THALASSES Argentine red shrimp
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp sweet paprika
- ¾ tsp dried basil
- ¾ tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper
For the BBQ Sauce:
- 130 g brown sugar
- 160 g ketchup
- 45 ml apple cider vinegar
- ½ tbsp mustard
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
For the Herb Yogurt Sauce:
- 200 g Greek strained yogurt
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 tbsp finely chopped fresh herbs (dill and parsley)
- 1 tsp honey
- Salt and pepper (optional
For the Skewers:
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 orange bell pepper
- 1 onion
- A little olive oil
- ¾ tsp dried oregano
- A pinch of salt
- Cherry tomatoes
- Wooden skewers, soaked in water to prevent burning during grilling
