INGREDIENTS
- 1 (7 THALASSES) Hake without head
- 2 medium sized potatoes
- 1 leek
- 1 zucchini
- salt
- pepper
- 50 g butter
- 1 dry onion
- 1 bunch of celery
- 1 1/2 liter of water
- Olive oil

Easy
Boil the cod in 1 1/2 liters of water with salt and pepper for about 20 minutes. Remove from the heat and strain the stock for any bones. In another pot, sauté the vegetables in butter after cutting them into pieces.
Add the stock and all the herbs. After about 20 minutes they are ready. Then, mash them with a blender until a velvety result. Serve and top with pieces of cod with pepper and fresh virgin olive oil.
