INGREDIENTS
- 1 packet of (7 THALASSES) mussels
- 250 g medium orzo
- 2 green peppers
- 2 red Florina peppers
- 1 dry onion
- 100 g parsley
- 80 g feta cheese
- 50 g tomato paste
- 60 g extra virgin olive oil
- 1 g. salt
- 5 g pepper

Wash and finely chop the vegetables (green peppers, Florina peppers, dry onion, parsley).
Place the vegetables in a baking pan. Then, add the orzo, the mussels, olive oil, salt, pepper.
Dissolve the 50 g of tomato paste in 500 g of water and add it to the pan. Stir the ingredients to combine and bake at 180 °C for about 35 minutes.
Finally, before serving, grate the feta cheese on top.
