ΥΛΙΚΑ
For the naan buns:
- 180 g of self raising flour
- 200 g of 2% drained yoghurt
- 200 g of dried oregano
- salt
For the mussels:
- 1 package (7 THALASSES) of mussels
- 1 dry onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
- 400 g of grated tomatoes or tomato juice
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 20 cherry tomatoes
- dried oregano, dried thyme, chilli powder, salt
- some chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
