ΥΛΙΚΑ

For the naan buns:

  • 180 g of self raising flour
  • 200 g of 2% drained yoghurt
  • 200 g of dried oregano
  • salt

 

For the mussels:

  • 1 package (7 THALASSES) of mussels
  • 1 dry onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
  • 400 g of grated tomatoes or tomato juice
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 20 cherry tomatoes
  • dried oregano, dried thyme, chilli powder, salt
  • some chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil

METHOD

  1. In a bowl, add the flour, yoghurt, oregano and salt and knead with your hands.
  2. Divide into 8 balls, roll out with your hands and fry in a non-stick pan for 2-3 minutes on each side.
  3. In a non-stick pan, sauté the onion with the oil, garlic and spices. Add honey, tomato paste, cherry tomatoes, grated tomatoes and salt. Allow 10-15 minutes over medium heat.
  4. Add the mussels, increase the heat and once the sauce comes to a boil, leave for 2-3 minutes to cook the mussels.
